Tender Description
Maintain Australia have recently secured a Contract with the City of the Gold Coast to conduct conservation works at the Kirra Pavilion, 15 Marine Parade, Coolangatta. QLD 4225.
The Contract commences Monday 20th November 2017, concluding Friday 23 February 2018.
Maintain Australia are now seeking pricing from licensed and experienced painting contractors to conduct external painting of the building. Viewing of the building is welcome at any time.
Ideally works will need to commence Monday 4th December 2017 and continue for 3 weeks prior to the Christmas break, with completion in the new year.
