GOLDOC is seeking to appoint an event management company who have an appropriate level of experience and capacity to deliver the Road Events - Public Viewing Areas project.

The Road Events will play a key part of the overall experience at GC2018 by offering the opportunity for non-ticketed spectators to watch elite sport free of charge across six events, on seven days of competition.

The Road Events will feature the following sports:
* Triathlon on Thursday 5 April and Saturday 7 April (Southport Broadwater Parklands)
* 20km Race Walk on Sunday 8 April (Currumbin Beachfront)
* Cycling Time Trial on Tuesday 10 April (Currumbin Beachfront)
* Cycling Mountain bike on Thursday 12 April (Nerang)
* Cycling Road Race on Saturday 14 April (Currumbin Beachfront)
* Marathon on Sunday 15 April (Southport Broadwater Parklands)
