Bankstown Sports Club, one of the country's most progressive community organisations, has just

amalgamated with the Auburn Tennis Club. Located in the heart of Auburn, an area of significant

population growth, the Auburn Tennis Club has been servicing the local community for over 40 years. This amalgamation has ensured a continuation of this contribution well into the future.

The Club's vision is to is to provide products and experiences that their members and guests can be very proud of. A significant upgrade to the club's kitchen area is a further testament to this aim.

The Bankstown Sports Club is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Contract Caterers that are willing to join them on this Clubs journey and to realise their potential.

The successful caterer will take over the food operations which has a fully equipped commercial kitchen being provided plus a seating capacity of up to 200 people in approximately 200m2 of space. It is a 7 day lunch and dinner operation.

Favourable commercial terms including rental expectations and other related expenses will be discussed with successful applicants once the EOI process has been completed.

The successful candidate will:
* Have a passion for food and a proven experience in providing quality and consistent meals in a fast paced environment as well as providing catering services for functions and events
* Work with Club Management to drive visitation, customer retention and club advocacy via the delivery of an optimal customer experience
* Be customer service focused with respect to both front and back of house requirements Have the relevant qualifications and insurances in place
