Tender Description

icare NSW is on a journey to transform the payments experience for insurance scheme participants, service providers, and icare itself. To enable this, icare is looking to procure a payments capability and associated services to augment its current operations.

There are three key payments objectives for icare:

1) Improve the payments experience for scheme participants and service providers across all icare insurance schemes

2) Improve processing outcomes (lower friction, higher efficiency) in terms of:
* Speed
* Accuracy
* Privacy and security
* Cost to serve

3) Enhance the richness of icare payments data in terms of:
* Timeliness and depth
* Ability to derive useful insights through data analytics
