Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the Construction of Synthetic Soccer Field and Floodlighting at Gleneagles Secondary College, Endeavour Hills.

1. Design and Construction of 1. No Synthetic surface FIFA Quality (Community) synthetic soccer field including subsurface drainage system (all outfall to discharge to proposed pits around the perimeter of the soccer field). Size and final finished level has to be based on design level and dimensions stated on the detail plans for the soccer field; soccer pitch drainage and pavement are design and construct element. Refer to specification for design parameters. Bulk earthworks are indicative only. Contractor to allow for all synthetic soccer pitch pavement works specific to manufacturers engineered design in price for the FIFA Quality Synthetic System including earthworks.

2. Construction of soccer field, goal posts, coaches boxes, gates, fencing and associated infrastructure for the soccer field;
3. Construction of perimeter and access concrete footpath to Reema Reserve;
4. Construction of unsealed car park;
5. Construction of drainage system including drainage pipes, pits and spoon drains;
6. Construction of floodlighting as well as electrical upgrades and reticulation for the soccer pitch;
