Tender Description
Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Business Enterprise Operators to establish and operate a new generation co-working and incubator facility at the Gold Coast Health & Knowledge Precinct (the Precinct).
The EOI responses will need to demonstrate:
* Experience / Capability of the business and nominated personnel;
* Alignment between Experience / Capability and the Vision for the Gold Coast Health & Knowledge Precinct
* Operational Structure; and,
* Ability to meet an operational opening by January 2019.
Please note the Department of Infrastructure Local Governement and Planning will be closed from Monday 25 December 2017 to Monday 1 January 2018 inclusive.
