Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified builders for the construction of a new Junior School Building with ancillary walkways, Drop-off and Car park works at Emmanuel Anglican College, 62 Horizon Drive, Ballina, NSW.
The project consists of:
* Separable Portion 01: Construction of a new 800sqm Classroom building and associated stairs, ramp and site service infrastructure.
* Separable Portion 02: Construction of a new Sports Cover, Covered Walkways and Drop-off Shelter
Tenders will be invited mid-January 2018 for construction commencing in mid March 2018. Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, value of projects and the ability to meet construction deadlines.
