The Shire of Yalgoo (Shire) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced commercial builders for the design and construction of the Yalgoo Multi Purpose Sports Facility to be located on Lot 189 Geraldton Mount Magnet Road, Yalgoo adjacent to Yalgoo townsite.

Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specification are invited to apply. The contract will be in the form of a Lump Sum, Design & Construct contract utilising AS4300-1995.

It should be noted that the Shire is looking for a very simple solution in the form of a purpose built in-situ construction or transportable building with the incorporation of design elements that provide high aesthetic appeal, making the building unique and scale appropriate for the Yalgoo community while not adding significant cost to the project. The Shire is also seeking the option of the building having its own off-grid power supply which also supplies the adjacent oval.

Late Tenders will not be accepted. Facsimiles or hardcopy tenders will not be accepted. The Shire of Yalgoo does not intend to submit a tender.
