CGH is seeking to appoint an independent member to its Risk and Audit Committee. Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably experienced and skilled individuals.

The Risk and Audit Committee is an Advisory Committee to the Board of Management. The primary objectives of the Risk and Audit Committee are to assist the Board of Management in the effective conduct of its responsibilities for financial reporting, management of risk and maintaining a reliable system of internal controls. Independent members must have appropriate accounting, risk management, or related expertise.
