TPA+i are seeking an expression of interest from builders who wish to tender for the New Office and Apartment Complex Beach Road, Kingston Beach.
Tender documents to be issued early February and construction program to be nominated by the contractor.
Expressions of Interest should include a company profile, key personnel, relevant project experience of projects over $1.2 million and current commitments.
