EOI are sought from suitably capable and experienced contractors for the main work construction of a two tower building with 14 and 25 storey respectively and 2 level of basement carpark.
The building with 35,000 sqm gross floor area is to be constructed on the site locates in the heart of Granville which is bounded by Cower St, Rowell St and East St.
Shortlisting will be merited on the similar experience in town centre areas and company capabilities.
