Integra Land invite Expressions of Interest from Civil Contractors for the construction of:
Package 1 - 4 Stages of Lucas Estate, Lucas
Package 2 - 4 Stages of Ballymanus Estate, Alfredton
Contractors who wish to submit their interest will need to provide the following information:
* Details of VEDN Accreditation, Central Highlands Water Accreditation and any other accreditation deemed relevant
* Details of Resources and confirmation of ability to meet indicative program of works
* Completed Schedule of Rates
A comprehensive Schedule of Rates Proforma, Indicative Program of Works, Plan showing stages of construction, typical Contract
