Western Leisure Services Pty Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of cleaning services for AquaPulse, Eagle Stadium and Werribee Outdoor Pool.

Tender submissions will only be accepted from parties who attended the RFT Briefing session held 16th of February 2018 and registered their attendance.

This Request for Tender (RFT) comprises the following Parts:

Part B
1. Specification
2. General Conditions of Contract

Part C
1. Form of Tender
Documents to be completed, signed and returned to Western Leisure Services.

Tenderers are to complete the Form of Tender contained within Part C and submit it to Western Leisure Services in accordance with the Tender Conditions by the Closing Date & Time.

Please see the Tender Conditions for an outline of the process.

Please note that Western Leisure Services has chosen to set out the Form of Tender in Part C in a particular way, taking into account the evaluation process. Do not alter the layout of the Form of Tender.

Tenderers should confine their responses to each particular issue in the sequence given. Responses are to be answered in the Form of Tender provided and not elsewhere in your submission.
