Building firms are invited to submit written ‘Expressions of Interest’ for consideration in a selected tender. The works shall include staged refurbishment of existing hall followed by demolition of two (2) existing buildings and then new external works.

* Block P-9 Refurbishment into ITD Centre & Dance Studio GFA: 750sqm (380sqm air-conditioned)
* New Covered Construction Court and Entries 190sqm
* Demolition of Existing Buildings M-8 and G-4
* Associated Works

New accessible ramps/stairs; retaining walls and extensive external works

Tender documents are expected to be available to the shortlisted tenderers by Early April 2018 (closing on 2 May 2018), with work to commence 4 June 2018 for staged completion by December 2018 (refurbishment) and end of February 2019.

Applicants should forward their submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current and full data; financial status and current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works. Short-listed tenderers must be prepared to provide sufficient financial data to allow due diligence investigation.
