Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ) is seeking proposals to replace its current help desk software with a service desk solution which can be leveraged by multiple service delivery divisions within the organisation. LAQ requires a solution which will enhance our internal support capability and enable organisational efficiencies through better incident management, governance, change management and asset management.
We seek a solution which has considered the challenges of usability and accessibility for users, but is agile and responsive to the changes experienced in the legal industry and allows us to manage, monitor and measure a broad range of service delivery targets.
