Unison Housing Ltd is seeking to replace its current disparate information systems with a suite of software applications to better support the delivery and administration of services and to improve its reporting capability.
Unison is one of the largest housing providers in Victoria, managing more than 2,500 tenancies. It provides affordable housing, and works to reduce disadvantage and social exclusion for people who have previously been homeless by helping to create communities around them. Unison also assists over 3,000 people each year who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Unison is intent on procuring the best overall solution to support its ongoing growth. Furthermore, Unison is committed to embracing the very latest and most innovative technology to fully support the delivery of its services. The core system replacement is to support the following functional areas of the business:

14. Customer service channels
Tenderers with suitable experience and capability for the implementation, integration, ongoing support of an integrated information management system covering the above functions are invited to submit responses setting out how their product(s) may support Unison operations.
Tenderers who can offer a best of breed solution for part(s) of the requirements specified in this RFT are also encouraged to submit a response.
