The VEC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of a contact centre for its 2018 Victorian State Election Public Enquiry Service (PES). Shortlisted companies will then be invited to participate in a restricted tender for the project.

The VEC is seeking to appoint a contact centre for the 2018 Victorian State election. Election day will be Saturday, 24 November 2018, however enquiry services will also be required in the lead up to election day and for the first couple of days after election day.

Suppliers considering responding to this EOI should have a proven record in the provision of high quality, reliable contact centre services, with particular expertise with short-term avalanche campaigns.

The VEC is seeking a service provider who can provide:
* A contact centre within the Melbourne CBD or a 5km radius from 530 Collins Street Melbourne and be capable of hosting up to 115 operators;
* Facilities for a small team of VEC personnel to be onsite as part of the delivery team;
* Ability to handle up to 120,000 inbound calls and 5,000 emails; and
* An onsite mail fulfilment service for up to 13,000 items.
