1718050 - The People and Culture business unit within the Department of State Development require the services of recruitment agencies to secure executive roles.
The Department of State Development strives to build and develop a high performing team with a culture of continuous improvement and as such, it is imperative that all recruitment activity aligns with this strategy.
The key deliverables for successful candidates will be:
* Print media and internet advertising
* Targeted research to identify appropriate executive candidates, nationally and internationally
* Screening and interviewing long list
* Conduct reference checking and due diligence
* Scheduling face to face interviews for short listed candidates with executive panel
* Assistance with package articulation
Successful vendors will be invited to enter a panel supplier arrangement for the provision of recruitment services for executive positions.
