Tenders are invited from suitably qualified firms for the removal & construction of footpaths within Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park. Works include excavation and removal of existing footpaths and construction of approximately 800 meters of footpaths within the park.

A mandatory tender briefing meeting will be held at Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park, 12 Military Rd Matraville, on Wednesday the 14th of February at 9:00 am. Tenders will meet with Project Manager at the Administration Building.

If the weather prevents the site meeting from proceeding, the Project Manager as mentioned below will send a notification via tenderlink either the afternoon before or morning of the site meeting notifying of the changed time and or location.

Submissions: Completed responses must be submitted via uploadeing to the electronic Tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Closing Date and Time: Tenders close at 5:00 PM AEST on 28/03/18 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
