Tender Description
There is an opportunity for an experienced accredited butcher to lease the Longreach Pastoral College abattoir and provide the expertise and labour to operate the facility on a commercial basis.
The abattoir facility comprises a slaughter room, butchering room, cold room, office, holding yards and various pieces of equipment and is located on the Longreach Pastoral College campus.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for all inputs required to operate the abattoir.
QATC has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:
* Maintaining operational capacity of the abattoir
* Reasonable financial return
* Relevant training outcomes
