1718140 - Carrick Hill is seeking expression of interest (EOI) from potential catering service providers to apply for the Licensing rights to operate at Carrick Hill and to submit a quote for providing catering services to the Carrick Hill Trust.
* The services provider must provide catering services at Carrick Hill to the highest standards while maximising the activity of the venue and the financial return to Carrick Hill.
* The catering operations at Carrick Hill consists of two revenue streams, the café operating on days the estate is open to the general public and pre-booked functions and events booked and hosted at Carrick Hill in the house, the marquee or in the gardens. The licensee would be required to begin from 2nd July 2018 in preparation to begin trading on the 1st of August 2018.
