Supply of Data centre network equipment and support & maintenance contracts.
AARNet Pty Ltd (APL) is seeking responses from equipment vendors (Respondents) for the supply of networking equipment to provide data centre network connectivity and redundancy between the AARNet network PE routers and the AARNet server/storage infrastructure across Australia and associated support and maintenance services.
Respondents will be required to show capability to:
a) Supply equipment and software required to enable services as proposed by APL;
b) Supply maintenance and support contracts for the equipment and software;
c) Provide documentation on recommended deployment and warranty conditions of the equipment and software, for both physical and logical environments;
d) Provide training options to APL on the management and use of the equipment and software including routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, as well as the addition of new services and upgrades to the system.
