Kingston City Council is seeking expressions of interest from parties wishing to lease former Westall Kindergarten located at 43-45 Westall Rd Clayton South for a community based education facility.

Full details of the premises to be leased and other relevant information is contained in the Attachments to the Expression of Interest.

The property is proposed to be leased with the tenant responsible for all required works and ongoing maintenance and repairs. Respondents are required to submit a rental offer for the property as part of the EOI response.

The Property will be open for inspection on Tuesday 20 March from 12-2pm.
