Watsons Pty Ltd, Consulting Group, in a Development Partnership Deed with South East Water and 1425 Blueways Pty Ltd, invites suitably qualified contractors to lodge a tender for the following contract:
Construction of approximately 500LM of 225 mm diameter PVC and PE water main and 500 LM of 225 mm diameter PVC and PE recycled water main.

Applicants must have South East Water accreditation or be suitably qualified and willing to achieve accreditation status and will be required to enter into a contract with 1425 Blueways Pty Ltd and be able to commence works in June 2018.
The tender should address, but not be limited to:
* company profile
* key personnel
* current accreditations
* design and construction management
* provide proof of a minimum $20 m in Professional Indemnity Insurance to be held for the duration of the deed
* Capability Statement
* relevant recent experience,
* environmental management system
* public liaison
* traffic management system
* quality management system
* Public Liability Insurance
* OH&S policy and record
* plant owned

The tender closes at 3.00 pm on Monday 26 March 2018 and should be clearly marked "Tender for Contract No 36600/1 Reimbursable water & recycled water main works, Pavilion Estate, Stage 1, Clyde.
