Tender Description
Only tenders from experienced and established contractors to undertake the following tasks;
* Provide the construction services in relation to the irrigation and landscape implementation of the public open space works to the Stage 2 of project
* Ability to deliver project works commencing in June 2018
*A selection criteria for tender assessment will be provided by Parcel for inclusion in the tender, to satisfy the above
Tenderers are invited to express their interest in writing with Parcel Property fenualla@parcelproperty.com.au for submission of tender, for the scope of works outlined above by the 9th April 2018 by 4pm.
All tender documents will be available and issued to tenderers on 10th April 2018 by 12pm for commencing tender.
Tenders must be received on or before the Tuesday 24th April 2018 by 12pm (Midday) to Parcel Property fenualla@parcelproperty.com.au.
Canvassing of staff will disqualify. All Tender submissions are private and confidential for Parcel Property assessment. The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
