Expressions of Interest Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation (MAC) is funded by various funding agencies to deliver a range of land care, secondary health and youth care programs. It also owns 17 properties which are primarily used to provide affordable accommodation for Aboriginal people living in and around Wodonga. Following ongoing management and governance issues, The Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC), appointed Special Administrator, Alan Eldridge from Australian Indigenous Business Services Pty Ltd (AIBS) on the 7th December 2017.
MAC is calling for expressions of interest from suitably qualified real estate firms or consultants to undertake the following reviews:
Rental property review: Valuation and condition report on each MAC property as well as a detailed review of current policies, practices and procedures related to MAC rental properties. The successful applicant will provide a report detailing the findings of the review to the special administrator within an agreed timeframe.
Examination of transactions: Detailed examination of transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of motor vehicles encompassing the past 4.5 financial years. The successful applicant will provide a report detailing the findings of the investigation to the special administrator within an agreed timeframe.
