Tender Description
Separate Expressions of Interest (2) are invited from building contractors for the construction of two projects at Bundaberg Christian College.
Project 1 - Construction of a new classroom building, single storey consisting of two GLA’s, undercover space and connecting link totalling 410sqm.
Project 2 - Renovations and extensions to existing single storey Administration building consisting of complete internal refit, and external facade upgrade totalling 800sqm.
Construction is scheduled to commence June 2018 and October 2018 respectively. Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar size and referees.
Submissions are to be emailed in the first instance to the below address and received by Monday 16th April 2018.
