The AFL conducts Australian Football competitions and associated events throughout Australia and overseas generating substantial public following and goodwill.

AFL Northern Territory (AFL) has the responsibility for management and growth of the game at a community level throughout the Northern Territory (NT).

Located at TIO Stadium in Darwin, the Michael Long Learning and Leadership Centre (MLLLC) is a world class state-of-the-art facility for young Indigenous people in the NT. These facilities include a gymnasium, pool, unique learning spaces, residential accommodation, AFL standard elite player facilities and meeting rooms that are currently unavailable to young Indigenous Australians in the wider NT community. The AFL is mandated to operate and maintain the MLLLC.

The purpose of this document is to identify a preferred energy reduction solution, through solar panels or other methods, for the MLLLC to reduce energy costs and appoint a supplier/s to execute the solution as per the specifications in the enclosed document.

Please note there is a small documentation fee for access to the RFP so only entities capable of offering and delivering the scope and the ability to service works out of the Northern Territory need apply.
