1718082 - The Department of State Development (DSD) administers the Traineeship and Apprenticeship System in South Australia under the Training and Skills Development Act 2008. It is responsible for the registration of employers, approval and changes to training contracts and well as dispute resolution and advice. The business management system used by DIS to manage their information and processes is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (Roll up 11) (on-premise) platform named, Apprenticeship and Traineeship on line Application System (ATLAS).
Over the past few years, a lot of functionality has been added to ATLAS CRM to keep up with business requirements. DSD would like vendors with appropriate capacity and capability to express interest through this EOI.
Supplier expressing interest must have capability and demonstrable experience in upgrading technology platforms (Server Operating System, CRM, Database server). Details available in “Part B - Specifications” document of the attached EOI documentation.
