EOIs are sought from suitably qualified building practitioners to construct a 6 bedroom convent in the Bacchus March Area.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be submitted to the office as follows:
1. Submissions are to be made by 2pm 15 May 2018, late submissions may not be considered.
2. Sent to tenders@cem.edu.au or in hard copy to: The Tender Box, Catholic Education Melbourne, 228 Victoria Pde, East Melbourne 3002.

The EOI document is not to exceed five (5) A4 pages in length and the following criteria are to be addressed:
1. The builders capacity to commence within 1 month of being awarded the works and to adhere to tight program deliverables;
2. The builders knowledge and experience in working with steel frame construction in accordance with relevant standards e.g. AS3623-1993;
3. At least 3 written references(with contact details including email and phone number) supporting high quality workmanship, good time management and experience working with steel frame construction.
