Port Stephens Council requires a panel of Contractors who has the capacity and expertise to provide plumbing maintenance services throughout the Port Stephens Council local government area.

Typical types of work may include installation, repairs and maintenance of general plumbing, plant and equipment associated with:
* Holiday Parks
* Recreation Areas
* Council Administration Buildings
* Council owned Community Halls
* Council Works Depots / Plant & Equipment
* Sporting Venues
* Other Council Properties

Pre-Tender meetings: There are two (2) mandatory site meetings. It is compulsory that tenderers attend either meeting to ask any specific questions regarding the tender and tender specifics:

Meeting 1: Shoal Bay Holiday Park, 22 May (4:30-5:30pm),
Meeting 2: Port Stephens Council Administration Building 23 May (4:30-5:30pm)

The purpose of this Tender is to select panel of Service Providers/Suppliers to service council needs in each of the zones as specified. Tender submissions will be accepted for individual zones or in total for our Local Government Area (LGA). A panel of service providers will be established for each of the zones; and the Service providers may cover all zones for the term of this tender.

[N.B. Service Providers who only tender for individual zones will be considered as complying submissions, it is not compulsory to tender for all zones].

The initial term of this tender is two (2) years with a further option of one (1) year.
