The scope of this work package is associated with the below work package listed independently on the ICN Gateway:
* 20180510b-AUW Subsea Umbilical Riser and Flowline (SURF) Engineering Procurement Construction & Installation (EPCI).
The Production and Service Riser Supply scope comprises:
* Design, manufacture and testing of 3 off 12” (*) production risers, each nominally 800m (*) long.
* Design, manufacture and testing of 3 off 5.6” (*) service risers, each nominally 800m (*) long.
* Supply of tethering arrangement (*) for each riser.
* Supply of diverless bend stiffener connectors (*) for each riser.
* Supply of discrete buoyancy (*) and bend stiffeners for each riser.
* Supply of topside integrity management system for each riser.
* Provision of transportation reels, cradles and lifting equipment on a rental basis (*).
* Packing of risers onto transportation reels (*).
* Applicable industry codes and standards: API 17B – Recommended Practice for Flexible Pipe 5th Edition May 2014, API 17J – Specification for Unbonded Flexible Pipe 4th Edition May 2014, API 17L1 – Specification for Flexible Pipe Ancillary Equipment, API 17L2 - Recommended Practice for Flexible Pipe Ancillary Equipment.
