The U.S. Consulate in Melbourne and the Department of State's Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has a requirement replace the HVAC system at the official residence. This project requires qualified technicians to perform all work.

The Contractor shall provide personnel, material, equipment, an d supervision to complete the technical requirements in this Statement of Work.

The Contractor shall be responsible for hiring labour and equipment, and shall follow security and safety protocol as directed by the U.S. Embassy.
