The U.S. Consulate in Melbourne has a requirement to remove and replace tile flooring at the official residence. This project requires qualified technicians to perform all work.

The Contractor shall provide personnel, material, equipment, an d supervision to complete the technical requirements in this Statement of Work.

The Contractor shall be responsible for hiring labour and equipment, and shall follow security and safety protocol as directed by the U.S. Embassy.

Contractor must demolish and remove approximately 100 sq m of floor tile, prepare replacement flooring and install approx 100 sq m new floor tile of type to be determined. Grout and seal grout lines with a silicone-based sealant. Seal tile with sealant appropriate to tile type. Restore baseboard and other affected finishes to original condition. All measurements are to be verified by contractor during site visit.
