Expected ITO Date: End June 2018 UPDATED.
This FPS is regarding the future tender for the Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) for the Human Resource Information Solutions (HRIS) Time and Attendance (T&A) Project. This will be advertised on QTenders under the tender number: DHPW92114.
DHPW is providing forward procurement notice to suppliers for the potential procurement of a software solution for time management, leave management, award interpretation and rostering for the following agencies (the Service Recipients):
* Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS)
* Queensland Corrective Services (QCS)
* Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES).
The new solution will potentially be required to integrate with existing solutions such as Payroll, Financial and Human Capital Management systems.
The Department would require sufficient time to implement/transition between current solutions to the new solution, provide a value for money outcome, ensure the solution design supports current business functional and non-functional requirements, and have the flexibility to accommodate future opportunities and the introduction of value add technologies.
The Department may require a ‘Proof of Concept’ phase prior to commitment to a full solution.
The offer documentation is expected to be released in May 2018 for a period of four (4) weeks and will operate under the Queensland Information Technology Framework (QITC). The successful Contractor will be a primary contractor, however collaboration between suppliers and the engagement of subcontractors should be considered to meet the requirements of the potential tender.
All offers will be received electronically via the Queensland Government’s QTenders website. We encourage you to closely monitor the QTenders website to see when the formal process commences.
It should be noted, the Government’s requirements may change and there is no guarantee this project will progress or be released. The FPS may not include all potential procurement activities, existing Standing Offer Arrangements or ad hoc purchases.
