RMS seeks Expressions of Interest responses from proponents wishing to redevelop, innovate, operate and maintain (under a lease from RMS) the existing highway service centres (HSCs) located at the M4 Eastern Creek and M31 Hume Highway Pheasants Nest.

You may submit  responses for Site One (Pheasants Nest), Site Two (Eastern Creek), or both Site One and Site Two.

Please note that this advertisement does not contain the EOI documents. The EOI documents are available on the RMS Ariba network.

In order to download the EOI documents and upload your responses you must register as a proponent through the Ariba portal.

EOI Proponents must also sign and return the confidentiality agreement prior to accessing the EOI document. This is available on the RMS Ariba Network once you have registered as a bidder.
