Project Background & Scope of Works
Tenders are called for suitably qualified, equipped and experienced Landscape Contractors to undertake subdivision works at two Development of Communities projects, managed by Satterley Projects Group (Cassia Rise and Glades), located at Parmelia and Kwinana.
The scope of works includes earthworks, irrigation and bore construction, hard landscapes including paving and retaining walls, play equipment, furniture and soft landscaping.
The works to both POS areas will be two separable portions, it is at Satterley’s discretion to award both, one or neither separable portions. Tenderers are to advise in cover letter any potential savings should they be awarded both separable portions.

Submissions must be delivered by hand to Emerge Associated and clearly marked “Cassia Glades and Rise Landscape and Irrigation Construction Works” by 3.00pm sharp on Friday 29th June.
