Tender Description
TSA is seeking Expressions of Interest to this REOI for modernisation of the Airservices Australia Air Traffic Service Centres (ATSC) facilities at the Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth sites.
The below outlines a high-level scope for Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth ATSC facilities:
1) The establishment of an area for the long term OneSKY deployment. This includes:
- a) operation room and support facilities
- b) loading / unloading / storage / assembly area
- c) Simulation area - interim solution
- d) Power Control and Monitoring System
- e) Building Control and Monitoring System
2) The establishment of a new Plant Room to service operational services. This includes:
- a) Installation of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system
- b) Installation of electrical and supporting system;
- c) Provision of new generators and fuel storage, new mains switchboards and new conditioning plant.
3) New car parking facilities at both Melbourne and Brisbane;
4) New southern car parking facility at Brisbane Services diversions;
5) Landscaping;
6) Access routes;
7) Obtain all associated certifications and approvals;
8) Other:
a) Ensure the building housing OneSKY has a minimum life of 40 years;
b) Achieve building and access compliance to all affected areas of existing buildings and facilities.
