The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of

* engaging a capable Supplier to provide production and distribution of RTA’s mail item services;
* establishing a Queensland Government contract with the selected Supplier that is flexible in relation to RTA’s future requirements; and
* achieving value for money.
