Expression of Interest - Provision of Design Services for the Geelong Waterfront Safe Harbour Precinct.

Description: Royal Geelong Yacht Club is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified organisations to be short listed to provide a high-quality design which allows the precinct to facilitate its educational and recreational marine-based activities. The design will include the following major elements:
* Two new buildings, maritime education and training buildings and Clubhouse and amenities building
* Public access permeability of the waterfront
* Upgrade of land, service and maritime infrastructure
