Tender Description
The client is seeking to appoint a single service provider for the delivery of the majority of non-core services (facilities management) through a long-term consolidated contract at the Orygen facilities at Parkville.
They are also seeking to include in the contract service provision at the following leased facilities: Glenroy - 515sqm approx.; Craigieburn - 410sqm approx.; and, Werribee - 300sqm approx.
