Big Fat Smile is seeking Proposals from skilled and experienced consultants to provide emergency management services on our Community Preschools, Fun Clubs and Head Office including but not limited to the following;

* Gap analysis and review of existing processes and procedures
* Development of compliant emergency management/response plans and procedures
* Establishment of emergency response teams (ECT)
* Development of emergency evacuation diagrams where required
* Evacuation and lock down drills
* Training of emergency response teams including equipment usage
* Assessment and final recommendations on an emergency evacuation and lock down drill based on a sample of Centres (allow three) and head office.
* Preparation of a final report and recommendation report for the Board including advice on ongoing implementation of the emergency management plan (e.g. incorporation into inductions).
