Tender Description
The EOI is seeking information from the telecommunications industry about:
* providing broadband service (minimum guaranteed 25Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload service), preferable open access wholesale broadband service offering across regional NSW
* available options on alternative and innovative delivery models including commercial framework, technology roadmap, access to NSW Government assets, capital contributions etc
* ability of the proposed delivery model/s to deliver value for money and to maximise the opportunities for a more competitive wholesale market.
