The College is seeking proposals from caterers, contractors and other interested parties from the food and catering industry to submit a tender for the Hire of the Cornerstone Christian College Busselton Commercial Kitchen facilities and provision of Canteen Services for the Busselton Campus, and optionally the Dunsborough Campus.

The College’s objective with the issue of this Tender is to secure a reliable Contractor who can provide a quality affordable Canteen Service to the College community, while also realising increased utilisation of the Manager’s Commercial Kitchen facility in Busselton to achieve a mutual financial benefit to the Manager and Contractor.

The scope of the Contractor’s obligated Services shall be the provision of Canteen Services during the Lunch break and optionally Recess breaks. All sales proceeds from the provision of the Canteen Services shall be for the benefit of the Contractor, however no rates and/or fees will be paid to the Contractor for the provision of the Canteen Services.

The contract includes permitting the successful Tenderer to also utilise the Commercial Kitchen facilities for food preparation and storage for the Contractor’s own commercial benefit unrelated to provision of the Canteen Services. This may suit providers of catering or food preparation services.
