A new office building in the heart of the Darwin CBD is being developed by Sandran Property Group and leased by the Northern Territory Government as the new administrative headquarters for the Department of Health. Hutchinson Builders have been involved from a Buildability Perspective during Design Phase and are a selected Tenderer for the Build Phase.

The building will comprise of two (2) levels of basement car parking, a range of retail tenancies on the ground floor, 8 storeys of office accommodation and feature architecture suited to the tropical climate including internal atriums, a high energy efficiency with a minimum 5 Star NABERS OFFICE Base Building Energy rating, end of trip facilities, external shading and landscaped greenery and activation at street level.
