The Priority Capital Program (PCP) was developed in response to a recommendation made by the Cabinet Budget Review Committee (CBRC), on November 2009. The recommendation was in response to concerns that Queensland Health’s capital program was heavily committed and had very limited capacity to address the portfolios asset renewal and replacement requirements.

MSHHS is seeking to engage suitably experienced organisation/s to undertake the required construction works for the two (2) HVAC Upgrade projects through a Construct Only style contract.

The two (2) projects are as follows

Inala Community Health - Replacement of Chillers, Roof membrane and Air Handling Units.

Casuarina Lodge - Replacement of Variable Refrigerant Flow Condensing units and DX ducted split Fan Coil Units.
