Forensic cleaning is a specialist service designed to restore the Rolling Stock to a condition that is safe and hygienic for passenger services. The cleaning could include disinfection, sanitisation and removal of odours, stains etc. The cleaning services will also include the removal and safe disposal of any bio-hazardous material.

Whilst cleaning will predominantly be on external surfaces of the train carriage and sub carriage, internal cleaning of the carriage may also be required. The cleaning may require the safe removal and disposal of furnishings and floorings. These services are required on Sydney Trains and NSW Trainlink fleet (Electric and Diesel).
