Tender Description
Preliminary Final – Saturday, September 15 & Grand Final - Saturday, September
22 City Oval, Mildura.
* Pies, Pasties, Hot Dogs, Rolls/Sandwiches
* Steak Sandwiches, Sausages, Hamburgers
* Hot Chips & Associated Fried Food
* Coke products/Soft Drinks (2 sites required)
* Ice Cream
* Coffee and Tea
* A payment of 10% of the tendered amount must accompany the initial tender. (Refunded if tender is unsuccessful).
* Successful tenders required to pay GST on tender fee. Payment for successful tenders to be received in full by 5pm Thursday, September 6, 2018.
* All stalls & holders must meet health & fire department requirements. (Fire extinguisher & blanket for hot food).
* Power requirements will need to be stated on initial tenders. All equipment will need to be tested and tagged by an authorised person.
* All stalls must remove all rubbish from the Reserve. Clean up fees to apply.
* If tendering please ensure that the products can be supplied as early stock outs are not acceptable.
* Keep in mind that your staff will need to pay general admission.
All set up is to be done in consultation with SFNL Administration.
Tenders close 5pm Monday, August 27, 2018.
Tenders will only be received by mail
