Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for IT Management as a Service.
The purpose of the upcoming ITO is to identify Suppliers who are capable of providing information technology management as-a-Service (ITMaaS)
* IT Management as a Service
* ICT Service Desk (including on site support)
* ICT Security Practices
The ITMaaS will span across a range of service towers
* End User Compute
* Network Management
* Applications and SaaS
* IaaS, PaaS and Cloud Services
* Print and Imaging.
The scope of entities is in the range of 1 to 2,000 FTE, majority of which will be statutory authorities. This ITO directly supports two closely related but different outcomes:
* Establishment of a multi-supplier pre-qualified panel to be managed and administered by DHPW
* Selection of one or more suppliers for the provision of Information Technology Management as-a-Service through a Contract under the panel arrangement for DPC;
