Naval Ship Management - LHD Support and Sustainment - Company Capability and Pre-Qualification details
Naval Ship Management (NSM), a joint venture between Babcock and UGL Limited, is a leading major warship sustainment and support organisation for the Royal Australian Navy. The company was established to provide a range of support services for the ANZAC Class and associated system support facilities.

A key part of NSM’s services is our supply chain and its ability to provide cost-effective, responsive and customer-focused solutions that optimise the availability and capability of our customers’ critical assets.
NSM is a short-listed tenderer for the Prime Contractor Support Contract for the LHD Asset Class, which includes the two LHDs and 12 landing craft. In support of the Commonwealth’s industry objectives for this project we wish to broaden our current supply chain. We are therefore inviting industry to express interest in becoming part of the Australian supply chain to support these important assets for the Royal Australian Navy.
